This course will helps in developing capacity in terms of skills and knowledge in project financial analysis and management. The course will enable learner to identify and apply financial criteria in project selection. Participants to make more informed decisions and develop understanding the impact on financial analysis and planning. Emphasis will be on variety of decision-making tools and cash flow techniques for application on wide range of managerial decisions, including the time value of money and budgeting.
